The plant in Schriesheim
It has two cylindro-conical steeping tanks, one flat-bottomed steep and two germination boxes. Double-floored kilns with recirculating air enable us to conserve energy and to dry the product gently within 48 hours. Obviously, we take care to observe such quality parameters as the TBZ and the DMS Precursor.Approx. 32,000 tonnes of finished malt are produced in the Schriesheim plant every year.

The plant in Edingen
Products run the gamut from Pilsner malt and wheat malt to Munich malt and malt produced for baking purposes. The ability to load and unload ships in Edingen allows us to be within the reach of customers worldwide.Approx. 18,000 tonnes of finished malt are produced in the Edingen plant every year.
